Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing selections, or change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
